Overseas Trained and Accredited Chefs are required for 12 month Contracts.
Proof of work history , employment record and experience essential along with references.
Brief outline
Responsible for managing the kitchen it’s ordering, stock control, budgets, staffing, liaise and report to General Manager.
Two days off per week.
Return airfares and two weeks holiday at 6 months supplied.

First Aid & CPR Certificate
Experience in boating
Boating License
Drivers License
Preferred Outboard mechanical knowledge
Preferred experience in Reef surfing
Preferred Scuba Diving Certification

Responsible for looking after Guests Tours and Activities
General upkeep and maintenance of vehicles and boats.
Guiding of Resort guests by either road or sea to a variety of destinations and Tours.
Reporting to and working with the Head Guide and General Manager.
