Responsibilities…..
Manage the day to day operation of the Resort.
Control all facets of Kitchen and Restaurant.

Desirable as a 2 year Contract.

CHEF

Overseas Trained and Accredited Chefs are required for minimum 1 year Contracts.
Proof of work history , employment record and experience essential along with references.

Brief outline
Responsible for managing the kitchen it’s ordering, stock control, budgets, staffing, liaise and report to General Manager.

One day off per week. Weekly hours will vary between 40 - 50.

Return airfares and two weeks holiday at 6 months supplied.

Essential
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Experience in boating
Boating License
Drivers License

Preferred
Preferred Outboard mechanical knowledge
Preferred experience in Reef surfing
Preferred Scuba Diving Certification

Brief outline
Responsible for looking after Guests Tours and Activities
General upkeep and maintenance of vehicles and boats.
Guiding of Resort guests by either road or sea to a variety of destinations and Tours.
Reporting to and working with the Head Guide and General Manager.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

A Qualified team is sort who can fill the positions of both overall day to day operations and Manage the Resort Bookings system. A stable couple is preferred and only those prepared to commit to a minimum of 12 months need apply.
